CircBase, the publishers’ co-op database run by Experian Direct Tech, Orange, CA and Nottingham, UK, now consists of 44 million subscribers and 162 publications. New participants include McGraw-Hill (19 titles, including Business Week), Forbes, P.O.V., Sunset Magazine, and Chicago and New York magazines from DIRECT Newsline’s parent company, Primedia.

Experian has also created new data models, publication-specific ZIP models and affinity analysis models, both of which are provided free to co-op participants.

In addition to capturing transaction activity, such as orders, payments, and renewals, CircBase is linked with Z-24, a 52-million-name co-op catalog database.
