Proforma Executive Business Services, a provider of promotional products, printing and marketing services, has merged with promotional products distributor Barry Roberts Inc.
Barry Roberts joins the organization as vice president of marketing and will continue to work with his existing customers.
This move will allow Proforma to expand into new markets and industries.
Barry Robers, based in East Meadow, NY, has been in business for about 30 years. Proforma is entering its 20th year in business. It provides services in the Long Island and New York City markets and has recently expanded to offer its services throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
“We have had a long working relationship with Barry Roberts, Inc., and both companies share a common customer centric philosophy and dedication to providing exceptional products and services,” said Charles Janosick, Founder and President of Proforma Executive Business Services, in a release. “This merger will allow Barry Roberts, Inc., to maintain the same level of service for its long time clients and to also provide them with access to an even larger variety of products and marketing related services.”
