Primedia Inc. is planning to create a number of e-commerce ventures with its new investment partner, CMGI Inc., Andover, MA.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The two companies plan to target several vertical areas for the new joint ventures, including agribusiness, digital entertainment, electrical, construction and telecommunications.
Primedia publishes DIRECT magazine and DIRECT Newsline.
