P&G Launches Scent Disc with Shania Twain

Procter & Gamble has signed superstar Shania Twain to promote its new scent experience, Scentstories by Febreze.

The specially designed disc player works like a CD player. Consumers insert a disc, push a button and then enjoy any of a variety of scents that release every 30 minutes. The themed discs include: strolling through the garden; wandering barefoot on the shore; exploring a mountain trail; relaxing in the hammock and shades of vanilla. Scent discs can be switched at any time to create a different mood or atmosphere. Each disc is reusable for 20 plays or 50 hours.

Shania’s Grammy-nominated hit Forever and Always will be featured in TV ads for Scentstories, which broke Aug. 30. Her music will also be featured in radio ads and Shania will star in print ads.
