Before that he was executive VP of direct marketing and ecommerce for School Specialty Inc. Johnson also spent 15 years with Lands’ End, including five as VP of direct marketing. Oriental Trading sells party supplies, arts and crafts, toys and novelties and home items.
The Titanium and Integrated Jury at the 57th Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival, which was going to be chaired by Bob Scarpelli, DDB Worldwide’s chairman and chief creative officer, will now be chaired by Bob Greenberg, chairman, CEO and global chief creative officer of R/GA. He takes over from Scarpelli, who according to a statement from the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival contracted an infection. While Scarpelli is recovering, travel is not possible, according to the Festival’s statement. The Festival will be held June 20-26 in Cannes, France.

Professional-focused social network LinkedIn has named Patrick Crane, vice president of marketing for Yahoo!’s network division, to be its vice president in charge of marketing.
