Nine Entities Form Loyalty Management and Marketing Company

A loyalty management and marketing company, The Allegiant Group, Inc., has been formed by a coalition of nine entities.

Services include a suite of loyalty management advisory and marketing services, reward products for loyalty programs, consumer promotions and employee and sales motivation programs, the company said.

The company, headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, was created by nine entities: Shift Global, Loyalty Research Center, Customer Asset Consulting Group, 121 Marketer, Bullseye Marketing Group, FiSite Research, Profitable Projects, Hendricks Consulting and Top Gun Sales Performance System.

“By putting together a coalition of multiple companies that have a diverse set of skills, services and products, it enables Allegiant to provide Day One a full range of loyalty marketing and loyalty management services,” said Stephen Drees, president and founder of Allegiant.

The entities rosters of clients include Time Warner, Bacardi Global Brands, American Express, MBNA America, Philips Electronics, The Prudential, Exxon/Mobil, Unilever, General Electric, Wal-Mart, Sears, Miller Brewing, Best Buy, Ford Motor Co., Hershey Foods, Macy’s, McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble, Home Depot and many others, the group said.

Most recently, Drees had been president and CEO of Quantum Loyalty Systems, Inc. Following the termination of a one-year, non-compete agreement, he worked to create Allegiant, he said. Prior to his work at Quantum Loyalty Systems, he held executive marketing and product management positions with a number of companies including Mellon Financial, GE Capital and MasterCard International. At MasterCard he developed affinity and co-brand loyalty card products.
