SIX FLAGS: and National CineMedia have joined forces in a new marketing partnership to give Six Flags advertising presence in select AMC Entertainment, Cinemark USA and Regal Entertainment Group theaters. Under the agreement, customized Six Flags branded content segments will run on select movie screens in AMC, Cinemark and Regal Entertainment Group theaters in June and July during national CineMedia’s pre-feature entertainment program, First Look, that are in a 150-mile radius of Six Flag parks. In addition, participating theaters will distribute Six Flags coupons with the purchase of every movie tickets. In-theater signage will also support.

THE MARKETING ARM: Dallas, has hired Dan Belmont as president of its Millsport sports marketing division and as CMO for The Marketing Arm agency. Belmont had been President of media agency Carat’s Specialist Communications Group before joining Omnicom-owned Marketing Arm on March 6. He replaces Howard Jacobs, who left Millsport last May to become CMO at XM Radio. Belmont’s role as CMO for Marketing Arm is a new post.

LIME PUBLIC RELATIONS + PROMOTION: New York, has absorbed p.r. shop Jericho Communications, also New York, to expand its capabilities. The combined agency keeps the LIME name, and President Claudia Strauss remains at the helm. Jericho’s co-founder and president, Eric Yaverbaum, becomes managing partner-client services director at LIME, effective this week. LIME has handled p.r. and promos for marketers including Sharp Aquos, Timex 150th Anniversary, BBC America, Party City, Verizon Yellow Pages, NBC Universal, POLO Jeans Co., HBO, Clearblue Easy, Circuit City. Jericho has handled traditional p.r. for clients including IKEA, TCBY and Progressive Insurance. LIME is owned by ad shop Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners.
