Nestlé and KaBoom Sweepstakes Offers Playgrounds

The makers of Nestlé Crunch have partnered with KaBoom, the national non-profit organization that builds community playgrounds, in a new sweepstakes.

The campaign, Cause for Play, offers a chance to win a residential ready-to-assemble playground, $3,500 cash and the opportunity to help designate a $30,000 KaBoom playground grant to a local community. The sweeps runs through Oct. 29.

To play, people enter codes found on “fun-size” bags of Nestlé Crunch, Butterfinger, BabyRuth, Wonka and 100 Grand.

Nestlé Crunch will make a donation to KaBoom, up to $30,000, for every unique donation code found on Nestlé and Wonka fun-size bags and entered online, as well as an additional $70,000 donation.

The grand-prize winner will have the opportunity to help choose the community-build playground project by either selecting from a list of existing projects or by identifying a new project in a community of their choice.

A “spread the word” component at the site lets people pass the sweepstakes along to friend.
