Microsoft, infoUSA Jointly Offer Customer Leads

Microsoft will offer both business and consumer leads through its bCentral Web site (http://www.bcentral.com). BCentral will offer 24 customer leads free as part of a no-obligation offer. The prospect data is supplied by infoUSA.

Basic business information is available in a Microsoft Excel file that includes the business’s name, a contact name, line of business and current mailing address. Expanded listings, which include phone and fax numbers, names of owners, the CEO and top management, number of employees, years in business, sales volume and number of PCs are also available.

Basic consumer lists include the prospect’s name, address and type of residence. A fuller information package, which contains telephone number, marital status, age, size of household, household income, homeowner or renter, average home value, presence of children or pets, Internet users and hobbies and interests, is also available.
