Reader’s Digest Assocation Inc. has appointed ALC Data Management to oversee its lists of Spanish language subscribers and Hispanic subscribers to the English language edition of Reader’s Digest magazine. The Reader’s Digest Selecciones file identifies 288,000 Spanish language subscribers. The Hispanic subscribers segment are one of several ethnic segments identified with Experian’s InSource overlay data, including one with 35,000 subscribers in Puerto Rico. The previous list manager was 21st Century Marketing.

Statlistics has been appointed to manage the list portfolio of National Journal Group Inc. The appointment includes National Journal magazine (3,406 subscribers), Government Executive Magazine (65,261 subscribers), the Homeland Security and Defense Managers from Government Executive (39,622 subscribers), in addition to the Washington DC Movers and Shakers master file; and Almanac of American Politics lists. Greatlists.com was the former list manager.

More than 4.8 million statements will be mailed annually via first class postage. This audience has an average age of 43 and a $43,000 average household income. Inserts must be between 3-1/2 by 6 inches and 3-1/2 by 8 inches. Inquiries for inserts weighing more than .12 ounce will be considered.
