Account Supervisor / Online Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

The Account Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of accounts with P&L accountability as well as an expectation to deliver against stated client goals and objectives. Day to day responsibilities include cultivating and nurturing strong working relationships with our clients, developing effective marketing strategies, planning and executing campaigns, analyzing and reporting of campaign performance, and business development.

Job Requirements: 7 — 10 years direct marketing experience. Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field (or experience equivalent). Strategic, “big-picture” thinker with ability to grasp the details. Strong team player; able to lead teams, prioritize duties for junior team members and delegate responsibilities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. Deadline driven, with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Creative, database and/or online background a plus.
