Time Inc. Enhanced Masterfile

Millard Group Inc. has relaunched the Time Inc. Magazines Group enhanced masterfile. The file contains 14.5 million names, including those of 1.7 million boaters, 2.7 million cooking enthusiasts, 2 million gardeners and 1.8 million outdoor sportsmen. The masterfile is comprised of 10 Time Inc. and Time4 Media magazine lists enhanced with Equifax and Time Inc. purchase behavior data.

Urban Opportunities
ALC Data Management will launch its Urban Opportunities Co-op mail program in January. More than one million direct mail envelopes will be sent to the subscriber files of Heart & Soul, Honey and Savor, supplemented with names modeled after these lists. The January package will promote Black History Month in February.

Great American Country
MKTG Services has been named manager of the Great American Country/CountryStars.com e-mail masterfile. It contains the names of 120,000 country music fans who opted in to receive The Country Star e-mail newsletter. Messages will be branded under the GAC/CountryStars.com name, logo and masthead.
