Ladbrokes, a U.K. online gaming entity, has named Agency.com and WWAV Rapp Collins to develop a customer relationship management system.
Terms were not disclosed.
The agencies will furnish on and off line communications, data analysis and segmentation, creative development, production and management of campaigns. Initially this will extend to all of Ladbrokes
