Kintera Inc., a provider of online software and services to nonprofit organizations, has acquired Involve Inc., a New York-based Web architecture, design and development firm for an undisclosed sum.
Kintera’s Kintera Sphere enterprise platform offers Web developers services that allow nonprofits to leverage the Internet to target prospects, supporters and members with personalized content, the company said.
“As a team, now we can teach other Web development firms the value of Kintera’s platform and Internet tools in providing nonprofits with a scalable solution for their online needs,” said Kintera CEO Harry Gruber, in a statement.
Kintera is based in San Diego.
