Kelly Abeles Becomes President of CADM

Kelly Abeles will become the 49th president of the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing (CADM) at the annual business meeting on Aug. 13.

Other officers are vice president Michelle Blechman, vice president-strategic planner, Grey Direct; secretary-treasurer Joseph DeCosmo, president, DeCosmo and Associates.

Holly Harle, account executive, Mid-American Mailers, steps down from the role of president.

Directors elected for 2003 to 2005 include Larry Nieminiski, Sears Roebuck; and Lauren Wagner, manager-customer management/activation, Sears Roebuck.

Directors elected for 2003 to 2006 are Tony Priore, senior vice president-E-marketing services, Experian Marketing Services; William Aylesworth, president, CFM Direct; and Anthony Bombacino, customer marketing manager, UAL Loyalty Services.

Also remaining on the board are Kathy Linehan, consultant; Carol White, president, CL Associates; Neysa Bennett, president, Bennett Wheelless Group; and Steven Kelly, Ph.D., director-Institute for Interactive and Direct Marketing, DePaul University.
