Internet Advertising Group Restructures Under iMedia Holdings, Inc.

October 26, 2006: Internet Advertising Group, Inc., an online performance-based marketing company has been restructured under iMedia Holdings, Inc., a privately held corporation consisting of several additional companies including Internet Advertising Group and CollegeEducationWeekly.com, a one-stop destination for potential students interested in pursuing an online college degree. Education counseling is another feature of the site with unique and exclusive tools including a free college education profile and an interactive tutorial.

Internet Advertising Group was founded by Michael E. Weinsoff in 2003 and is listed by South Florida Business Journal as one of the fastest growing companies in South Florida. The company’s revenue increased by 100% from 2004 to 2005 and is on target to increase an additional 100% over year prior. Internet Advertising Group has been consistently profitable on a month-to-month basis since its inception in June 2003.

“The restructuring of Internet Advertising Group under iMedia Holdings, Inc. was needed to accommodate the future growth of our company,” states Weinsoff, President of Internet Advertising Group. “All research points to a strong online advertising industry. We expect to continue to strengthen our position as the leader in performance-based online marketing solutions through the acquisition of compatible online companies as well as through the further development of online marketing services.”

In an article just released by eMarketer, Inc., according to the latest figures from the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), U.S. online advertising revenues increase by 37% increase over the first half of 2005. ©2006 eMarketer Inc.

To accommodate the restructuring of the company and the anticipated future growth, iMedia Holdings, Inc. has signed a lease through CBRE Richard Ellis for 14,000 square feet at the Preferred Exchange Tower in Coral Springs, Florida. The new corporate headquarters will accommodate over 100 employees.

iMedia Holdings, Inc. consists of over 50+ employees with fully staffed departments in marketing, sales, account management, graphic design, web development and programming.
