HYUNDAI MOTOR AMERICA launched Hyundai Parts Online, an Internet-based parts ordering system, which it said is the first in its industry. Customers who want to place an order can go to Hyundai’s main Web site (www.hyundaiusa.com) and click on the “order parts and accessories” button. They are then asked to type in the year, model and vehicle identification number of their car. The site covers more than 30,000 individual part numbers and is expected to grow substantially later this year.
