HTC Launches Best Deals, Deal Aggregator for Windows and One Phones in Europe
HTC unveiled Best Deals, a personalized aggregator of daily deals, for consumers who own their Windows or One mobile phones in the U.K., Italy, Germany, France and Spain. Best Deals will aggregate deals from 12 deal providers, including LivingSocial, Trip Advisor, Qype Deals and Deal Ticket. HTC’s deal aggregator will boast 1,700 deals at launch, and will be available as an app and widget on the compatible phones. Users will be able to filter deals by preference and interest, and their location will be used to deliver local deals. While this might not be a huge deal for HTC, it comes at a time when the company is struggling in the smartphone market. (TechCrunch, The Next Web)
