Honey Bunch of Oats Launches Instant-Win Game

Kraft Foods is out with an instant-win game that offers its top winners a chance to commute to work in style via limousine.

Inside specially marked boxes of Post Honey Bunches of Oats cereal, shoppers will find a spoon printed with an access code. Visitors to www.onespoonful.com can register for the “One Spoonful is All It Takes to Win” game by entering the code and their contact information through Sept. 15.

Five grand-prize winners will win a free commute to work via a limousine service up to a maximum value of $5,000. Or winners can choose a $5,000 gas card if they don’t live within 10 miles of a local limousine company. Five hundred first-prize winners will receive a Joyful Morning Prize Pack, which includes a gourmet coffee maker, 18 coupons redeemable for one free pound of Maxwell House coffee and 12 coupons redeemable for one free 14.5 oz. box of Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal.

People can also print a $2 off coupon on Kraft’s latest flavor Chocolate Clusters cereal, one of seven varieties, and sign up to receive e-mails from the company on the site.

Online banner ads, an email blast to opt-in subscribers and on-pack graphics support the promotion. East-West Marketing Group handled the creative concept and packaging graphics, Promotions.com is in charge of the online entry and graphics, administration and fulfillment, and OgilvyOne oversees the online banner and email creative. All agencies were involved in the Post Honey Bunches of Oats instant-win campaign.
