Henkel Solicits Worst Moving Stories for Contest

Moving supplies marketer Henkel Corp. is inviting people to submit stories of their most awful moves ever and compete for a $5,000 grand prize.

Contestants will be judged on the originality of the stories, their creativity in telling the anecdote and the nature of what made it one of the “world’s worst moves.” All entries, which should be no more than 250 words in length, must be received by Sept. 27.

Entries may be submitted online MakingYourMove.com/Contests/ or mailed to: “World’s Worst Moving Stories Contest” c/o Henkel Corp., 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, OH 44011-1355

A selection of entries will be posted online at MakingYourMove.com and the winners will be announced on or around Oct. 5. In addition to the first place winner, a second place winner will receive $2,500 and there’s a third place prize of $1,000.
