Harris Teams With Viacom To Survey Kids, Teens

Harris Interactive, New York, a polling and market research firm, has created two ongoing survey research studies with The MTVi Group and Nickelodeon Online, both divisions of Viacom.

Called YouthPulse and KidPulse respectively, each continuous online poll is expected to reach 12,000 kids between 8 and 12 or young adults between 13 and 24. The study will focus on such topics as: market power and influence; online attitudes and behaviors; technology adoption and views; hopes, dreams, and ambitions; media usage and attitudes; activities and interests; brands/categories and advertising; and attitudes towards family and relationships.
