Gottschalks Taps Harte-Hanks

Gottschalks Inc., a department store chain, has chosen Harte-Hanks to implement a multi-channel marketing strategy.

The budget was not disclosed.

Under the agreement, Harte-Hanks will build and manage an AllinkAdvantage database marketing system and implement the Postfuture e-mail marketing platform. Harte Hanks will also deliver services including strategic planning, data consolidation, loyalty and retention program development and behavioral analytics.
