Robert M. Huse, retired president of the Mail Advertising Service Association, died July 25 after a lengthy illness. He was MASA’s president for 23 years before retiring in 1989. Before joining MASA, Huse worked as a newspaper reporter, as an aide to the late Sen. Edmund S. Muskie and in customer relations for the post office.
