Forbes Names ALC and Worldata/WebConnect to Manage Files

Forbes has awarded management of its flagship magazine subscriber file to American List Counsel and its direct mail newsletter properties to Worldata/WebConnect.

The Forbes file of more than 750,000 magazine subscribers are affluent consumers, powerful business decision makes and influential leaders. Readers have average household incomes of $275,000, $2 million in net worth, 67% are top management professional, 86% influence purchases for their companies and 76% engaged in civic activities in the past year. Subscribers pay $59.95 for a year of biweekly issues.

Worldata/WebConnect assumes responsibilities for the following direct mail newsletter files: Gilder Technology Report, Forbes Special Situation Survey, Forbes/Andrew Seybold’s Wireless Outlook, Forbes Aggressive Growth Investor, as well as the Forbes Newsletter Masterfile. Counts were not available at press time.

The subscriber and newsletter files were previously managed by The Lake Group, Rye, NY.
