First Data and GovConnect Jointly Offer Services to Government Agencies
GovConnect, which offers digital service delivery solutions, and First Data Resources, a transaction processing services provider based in Greenwood, CO, have inked an agreement that will allow them to deliver cost-effective support for government agencies of all sizes.
GovConnect will use First Data’s infrastructure to modernize client agencies’ service offerings, including benefit distribution, tax filing and payment, claims and compliance processing, database management, electronic funds transfer programs, plastic card services, and enterprise-wide information management strategies.
In addition, First Data offers government agencies print and mail services capable of handling millions of pieces of mail daily; customer contact services capable of handling millions of calls weekly; and automated reporting and data delivery systems that eliminate manual reconciliation and save valuable resources.
GovConnect is based in Cincinnati.
