Dawn Lepore has been named the new CEO for online pharmacy drugstore.com Inc. She also replaces retiring Peter Neupert as chairman. Lepore comes to the Bellevue, WA firm from Charles Schwab Corp., where she is currently vice chairman of technology, operations and administration. She has been with Schwab for 21 years, and played a key role in Schwab’s e-commerce business.
The firm expects to report a net loss ranging between $5.4 million to $6.4 million for the third quarter (Direct Newsline, Sept. 20).
