DoubleClick to Adopt Privacy Council Tool

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

Online advertising agency DoubleClick Inc., New York, has made an arrangement with privacy and data protection consulting firm the Privacy Council, to let its clients use the Privacy Council’s services, especially those relating to the Platform for Privacy Preferences (P3P).

P3P is a tool developed by Microsoft that automatically screens Web sites according to privacy policies.
