District Photo, a Beltsville, MD-based mail order film processing firm, has acquired online photo service Snapfish for an undisclosed sum.
Raj Kapoor, Snapfish president and co-founder, will continue to lead Snapfish.
“We are very excited to welcome Snapfish to the District Photo family,” said District CEO Neil Cohen, in a statement. “This acquisition will help us bridge the gap between traditional and online photography.”
