DIMAC Marketing Partners, Central Islip, NY, will sell MBS, its database creation and management business, to a group consisting of management and Schooner Capital, an outside investment firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of April. MBS, formerly known as MBS/Multimode, also provides information processing, order processing and fulfillment and interactive marketing services.
