ClubCorp to Promote Wine Clubs

ClubCorp of Dallas plans to launch numerous direct- and special events marketing wine clubs in conjunction with wineries.

The clubs will promote wine sales and travel to golf course and resort properties owned by ClubCorp. Clubs will be located in states where direct wine shipments are legal.

“Nearly 83% of ClubCorp’s 200,000 member households have purchased wine in the last six weeks and there is great demand for the ultra-premium wines that our members will now be able to conveniently obtain for home consumption,” said in a statement Paul Golden, ClubCorp’s senior vice president for strategic growth.

WSN Systems Corp., San Francisco, will provide data management and e-commerce services. Orders will be shipped from 1-800 Flowers facility in Napa, CA or directly from wineries.
