Citi Launches New Loyalty Rewards Program

Citi Cards has launched the ThankYou Redemptions Network, a loyalty program designed to reward their members more quickly and with a wider variety of flexible redemption options.

According to a report in the Colloquy newsletter from Frequency Marketing, members will be able to redeem ThankYou Points via special offers and merchant promotions. Card members may also combine their ThankYou Points from participating Citi Card and AT&T Universal Card accounts at redemption. In addition to gift certificates and other items, card members can use points to lower their APR.

The ThankYou Network is available on the Citi Platinum Select MasterCard, Citi Diamond Preferred Rewards MasterCard, the CitiBusiness Card, and the AT&T Universal MasterCard. Some 4.2 million Citi customers already registered in points-based reward programs have been automatically upgraded to the ThankYou Network. New members, in select rewards cards, will be automatically enrolled as well.
