China.com Acquires Three Asian Commercial Web Marketers

China.com Corp., a Hong Kong-based Internet company, has made three new majority shareholding acquisitions in Asia for an undisclosed sum. They are:

* A controlling interest in business-to-business e-commerce joint venture Beijing Digital Ark, in cooperation with Jay Tian, reportedly one of China’s Internet pioneers.

* A majority shareholding in iConcept.net, a Hong Kong-based business-to-business content developer targeting small-to-medium sized enterprises in greater China.

* A majority shareholding in Information @ge Ltd., a Hong Kong-based technology news provider
