Ronald D. Celmer has been named chief executive officer of Cedar Knolls, NJ-based MediaBay Inc.
Celmer’s experience includes serving as a managing director at Bear Stearns, a general partner in Constellation Ventures and CEO of The Company Store catalog company.
He replaces Hakan Lindskog.
MediaBay is a media, marketing and publishing company specializing in spoken audio content. The company consists of four subsidiaries, Audio Book Club; Radio Spirits, a seller of classic radio programs; digital download service MediaBay.com; and RadioClassics, a distributor of classic radio content.
