Banta Publications Group, a division of Banta Corp., has opened a distribution center, which will specialize in co-mailing service. The new facility is located in Bolingbrook, IL, a suburb of Chicago.
The new plant will offer savings to magazine publishers by merging different magazines into a common mail stream, enabling publishers to take advantage of postal discounts. It will also provide compressed schedules, flexible label options and other cost-savings structures.
