In a move to upgrade its data properties under one service bureau roof, Bookspan has consolidated its Bookspan Garden City, Bookspan NY, and Doubleday Select data properties at Applied Info Group.
The consolidation will also include migrating the Garden City and Doubleday Select properties to a new database platform. While all databases will conform to a consistent architecture, each will be maintained separately, according to the company.
“Bookspan is facing the same challenges that many direct marketers face, which is how to harness the power of new and developing database technology within a forward-thinking architectural infrastructure that runs seamlessly through its various data properties,” said Mitchell Rubin, president of Applied Info Group, in a statement.
Bookspan is headquartered in Garden City, NY, and Applied Info Group is based in Kenilworth, NJ.
