Adtech Taps Quova for Ad Serving Technology

Adtech, a German ad serving and e-mail marketing technology firm, has chosen Quova to help target advertising content to Europe, the Middle East and other parts of Asia.

Quova’s systems reportedly identify the locations and Internet connection characteristics of online users, enabling advertisers to serve ads to viewers based on where they live, what language they speak and what currency they use.
