Interactive marketing and technology company, 24/7 Media Inc., New York, has reorganized to maximize its market position.

The new organization repositions several divisions and reallocates several senior management responsibilities, the company said in a statement.

In addition, a search has begun for a candidate to fill the newly created position of chief operating officer. The effort is being spearheaded by CEO David Moore.

The company’s services have been divided into the following divisions; 24/7 Media International; Media Solutions, Broadband and Professional Services, Technology Solutions and eCRM. Robert Colvin has been named president, International; Scott Paternoster, president, Media Solutions; James Green, president, Technology Solutions; Mark Schaszberger, president, Professional and Broadband services; and Michael Rowsom, president eCRM.

The company also said that the reorganization allows for a smooth integration of recent acquisitions to the existing infrastructure. The acquisitions include: Exactis.com, a permission-based e-mail marketer; IMAKE, a resource for digital media delivery; iPromotions, a sweepstakes and incentive offers company; AwardTrack, a loyalty marketing services program; and Sabela Media, an ad serving, tracking and analysis technology company.
