Lord shares 10 predictions, among which are: increased “second screen” (i.e., mobile) value, an evolution in attribution modeling and tracking how channels affect each other, a rise in gamification, a growing emphasis on inbound marketing, an increase in loyalty marketing, brands as social influencers, and local marketing going mainstream.
