[x+1] Expands Workforce

Predictive marketing firm [x+1] has expanded its employee base. The 14 new positions include five senior-level executives.

Predictive marketing firm [x+1] has expanded its employee base. The 14 new positions include five senior-level executives.

The new members include:

Trey Jackson, director of technology. Jackson previously served as Director of Avista Client Operations for Marketing Management Analytics (MMA), a Synovate company. . rior to that, he was a Senior Consultant at Bearing Point and Arthur Andersen.

Todd Lipton, director of analytics. Lipton was an associate director in the product development group of MMA. Prior to that, he was an associate director in the database marketing group of Modem Media (now Publicis Modem).

Mark Williams, director of database engineering. Williams served as manager of databases and database consulting for MMA. Prior to that, he was the manager of Database Services for Centrport.

George Medina, director of engineering. Medina had been a consultant for MBIA, and before that was Director of Systems Architecture for Centrport.

Terry Behan, director of account services – Most recently, Behan served as VP/group director of marketing for Digitas, New York City. Previously, she was the online marketing leader of personal finance for GE Money.

Earlier this year three other senior executives joined [x+1]: Paul Davis joined as VP of analytics; Pat DeAngelis came aboard as chief technology officer; and David Skinner started as VP of the company’s site+1 operations.
