Liberty Media Corp., the parent company of BuySeasons Inc., has acquired Celebrate Express. Liberty Media will merge Celebrate Express with BuySeasons. Terms of the acquisition were not announced.
BuySeasons sells costumes and Halloween products through online channels. Celebrate Express offers birthday party supplies through its Birthday Express business, and costumes and accessories through its Costume Express operations.
