More than 150 telemarketers have lost their jobs at a DialAmerica call center in South Charleston, WV, according to wire service reports.
They got their final paychecks Thursday.
The workers made calls on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, selling mortgages, satellite radio service, and similar products.
Officials with the company’s corporate headquarters in Mahwah, NJ have made no comment publicly about the closing.
