Rugly Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Custom Toll Free, has acquired the assets of Venturis Systems, Inc., a Colorado-based provider of toll free number services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Venturis offers search and marketing capabiliies and vanity toll free phone numbers. Venturis has the rights to a variety of premium toll free numbers and Web sites that support various industries, including the real estate market and tree services.
Venturis Systems’ assets will be blended into Custom Toll Free operations.
Custom Toll Free intends to continue its growth via acquisitions throughout 2010, according to a company statement.
