Ybrant Technologies will acquire Oridian, an online advertising company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Oridian serves more than 9 billion impressions every month to more than 180 Internet users worldwide, and is expected to generate $20 million in revenue during its current fiscal year.
"We found the right ingredients in Oridian to enhance Ybrant's footprint into the fast evolving global markets. Jacob's team has mastered the art of entering new markets effortlessly." said Suresh Reddy, Chairman of Ybrant Technologies, in a statement.
Ybrant is the parent company of several digital marketing firms, including Ybrant Technologies, MediosOne, AdDynamix, and VoloMP.
