New Motion Acquires Traffix

New Motion Inc., an online and digital entertainment company, has acquired Traffix Inc. for $138.9 million in stock.

Upon completion of the transaction, Jeffrey L. Katz will continue as chief executive officer. Andrew Stollman, will continue as president.
