CNET Acquires Silicon.de

CNET Networks Inc. has acquired Silicon.de GmbH (www.silicon.de), a German online marketing services company.

Terms were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Munich, Silicon.de offers online marketing, research and event services. The acquisition reunites the company with its sister brand in the UK -- Silicon.com (www.silicon.com) which CNET acquired in 2002.
