Publicis Groupe has acquired EmporioAsia, a Shanghai-based digital marketing agency, for an undisclosed sum.
The agency will adopt the new name of EmporioAsia Leo Burnett with current CEO Vincent Kobler heading the operation.
The agency offers online strategy and creative services as well as search marketing and analytics, Founded in 1999, the agency has 35 employees.
The acquisition of EmporioAsia confirms our commitment to strengthening the Publicis Groupe presence in digital and emerging markets,” said CEO Maurice Levy, in a statement.
