Whitehall Enterprises Inc., Miami, FL, has acquired MiB Group Ltd., an out-source telemarketing company based in Indianapolis.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
MiB Group has 40 telemarketing employees providing inbound and outbound services for the mortgage and financial industry. The call center operates from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. weekdays.
The acquisition also included MiB Financial Services Inc., a mortgage brokerage company licensed to conduct business in Kentucky and Indiana that is wholly owned by MiB Group Ltd.
