VERMYLEN LEAVES KELLOGG

Keebler veteran David Vermylen is leaving Kellogg, Battle Creek, MI, which bought Keebler last March. Integrating Keebler has gone more quickly than Kellogg expected, and that precipitated Vermylen's departure. Sara Lee Corp. veteran Paul Lustig will replace Vermylen at the helm of the Keebler division, which is expected to launch new cookie products and a line of upscale crackers for fourth quarter.
