Jeffrey A. Pullen has resigned as chief operating officer of online marketing firm ValueClick Inc., effective June 30. Separately, Tom A. Vadnais was named president of ValueClick U.S, effective immediately. Vadnais will report to chairman and CEO Jim Zarley.

Jeffrey A. Pullen has resigned as chief operating officer of online marketing firm ValueClick Inc., effective June 30. Separately, Tom A. Vadnais was named president of ValueClick U.S, effective immediately. Vadnais will report to chairman and CEO Jim Zarley.
Pullen’s COO duties will be assumed by Zarley with assistance from Vadnais. Vadnais will also maintain his current roles as general manager of the company’s Affiliate Marketing and Technology segments, as well as his position on its board.
Vadnais joined ValueClick in 2001, when the Westlake Village, CA-based firm acquired Mediaplex, where he served as president and CEO.
