USA Hockey has renewed licensing agreements with seven sports merchandise and apparel manufacturers this week.
They are: New Era Cap, The Hockey Co., Aminco International, Fox 40 International, Roxbury USA, Sweat Sport Co. and Viceroy Rubber and Plastics. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Derby, NY-based New Era will produce adjustable baseball-style caps and knit toques for USA Hockey, featuring the organization's brand. The agreement names New Era Cap as the Official Licensee of USA Hockey and USA Hockey InLine, the Official Headwear Provider for USA Hockey InLine programs and events, as well as the Official Hat for USA Hockey and USA Hockey InLine Coaching and Officiating Education Programs.
Montreal-based The Hockey Co. will continue to produce short-sleeve and long sleeve T-shirts, crew neck and hooded sweatshirts, short-sleeve polo shirts, micro-polar fleece vests, jackets and pants, baseball caps, visors and knit caps featuring the USA Hockey logo.
Based in Lake Forest, CA, Aminco International is the official pin manufacturer of the Olympic Games. By renewing its licensing agreement with USA Hockey, Aminco International will continue to produce lapel pins, key tags, money clips, magnets, military-style identification tags and luggage tags.
Fox 40 International, based in Niagara Falls, NY, is licensed to produce referee and coaches whistles, and dry-erase boards designed for coaching. Roxbury USA of Rockaway, NY will produce beanies, headbands, mittens, visors, scarves, sweatbands and wristbands with the USA Hockey brand.
Sweat Sport Co. of St. Louis will produce knit hockey-sock hats featuring the USA Hockey mark. Toronto-based Viceroy Rubber and Plastics will produce ice hockey pucks, inline hockey balls and pucks, and hockey stick carriers.
